The Comeback – 5th Bullpen (94-96)
Threw my 5th Bullpen at UCSD sitting 94-96 while being mic’d up and throwing with a Rapsodo, Stalker Pro, and Pocket Radar.
The Comeback – Third Bullpen 96.5 MPH
Third bullpen as I begin to ramp it up even more. Increased 1 mph based on Rapsodo going from 95.1 to 96.5. Threw a 99.6 based on Diamond Kinetics ball.
The Comeback – 97 MPH on Flat Ground
Today will be about the 3rd high intensity day being performed on flat ground getting velocity and spin readings with a diamond kinetics ball.
The Comeback – Second Bullpen 95.1 MPH
Second Bullpen post Lat surgery and not being on the mound since July 2018 I topped 95.1 MPH while using multiple different radar guns and pitch trackers.
The Comeback – First Bullpen!
My first bullpen since 2018! Roughly 80-90% exertion level which I sat 90-93 mph. Highlights include pocket radar and edgertronic camera.
