As most of you know i’m a huge advocate for throwing alone and today we’ll look at a good way for you to train in a competitive environment by yourself. We know that we must not go through the motions when we’re throwing a baseball. We need to be 100% intentional with our work to get the very most out of the time we’re putting in.

I think it’s really easy to go through the motions when you’re throwing alone.. so my encouragement for you is to compete against yourself! In the video below you’ll see me compete in a 10 throw challenge. My goal is to get at least 8 throws in the square cutout of the net.

The net that you see me using here is BowNet. Huge S/O to them for sending me some awesome products that you’ll see me using a lot in the near future. Be sure to check out the products they have!
