In this edition of Pitching Talks i’ll breakdown what it’s like to face the dynamic of not being able to quiet your mind during games while pitching. This is a common thing we see a lot of times at all levels of baseball. We so badly want to do well that sometimes we over think something that could very well be something we’ve been doing the majority of our lives.

In the video below you’ll hear me touch on this dynamic as well as provide some nuggets as to how to go about correcting this issue. I’ll talk about my personal experience dealing with this and how I went about correcting it. I’ll also provide further breakdowns on the mental aspect of the game below for you to checkout.

If you’d like to take a deeper dive into this subject and best learn how to approach your training I’d encourage you to set up a 1 on 1 meeting with me to further discuss.
