1. current senior in high school and I’m currently about a week and a half into my velo cycle. I have seen a major decrease in velocity as I am throwing 6 days a week. Is this normal during the cycle?
  1. how many days should I wait before long tossing again, for example if I long toss today, when should be the next day?
  1. I’ve drifted in and out of thoughts of just hanging up the cleats and I just don’t know what to do. I love baseball, but I’m at the point where I have to think about what’s most beneficial for me at this point in time you know, like is it worth it?  What are some recommendations, or tips you have that can help me make my decision? 
  1. I threw my first pulldowns of the season the other day, and was expecting some decent numbers. Instead, they were worse than my velocity for last season off of a mound. Do you have an explanation for this?
