Andres Munoz, for those of you who don’t know the name, has an average Fastball Velocity of 100 MPH! In his most recent outing he hit 102 MPH multiple times. I want to breakdown some of the things I see him do extremely well within his delivery to maximize his power output.

Now obviously just because you potentially get into similar positions as Andres Munoz does here it doesn’t guarantee the same amount of velocity. But it doesn’t mean we can’t shoot for similar patterns as high power output pitchers. I’m not sure if you can teach that lightning quick arm like he has but potentially the way he moves..
