Alright guys been getting a lot of questions about my personal Morning Routine so I thought I’d create a page to help you guys out with possibly giving you an idea of what a solid Routine should look like in the morning. I want to first stress the importance of creating a Routine that fits your needs and is specifically tailored for YOU! It’s not typically going to look the same everyday because you’ll constantly be picking things apart and seeing how your body responds to it.

I’ll give you a look at my Routine from the second I wake up then I’ll let you in on what my movement/mobility stuff tends to look like.

 

 

That usually is always constant depending on where I am but even during the season I can make a lot of those things happen. This entire thing takes roughly around 30 minutes to complete but can vary depending on how much Mobility I do for that day.

Like I said, depending on the day this will typically always look a bit different. I’ll give you examples of morning routines here but fairly similar but the first one I’ll incorporate more “exercises” if you will.
