In episode 72 of The Robby Row Show I sit down with Joe Gambino. Joe is a Physical Therapist at Perfect Stride Physical Therapy in NYC as well as a co-founder of Par Four Performance. Before becoming a PT Joe was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Queens College, St. John’s University, and Long Island University.

Joe and I dive into the realm of PT, FRC, and Strength n Conditioning on todays episode. As most of you know I’ve become quite intrigued within the realm of FRC so I highly enjoy these episodes in which I can geek out with a fellow FRC enthusiast.
