This is something that I’ve been experimenting with on myself for quite sometime now. How can we truly optimize the pitching delivery? How can we take most stress off our throwing arm by using our body? Everyone is quick to say, “There’s more velo in you.” Or, “Use your legs.” But what does it actually mean right?

I believe that if we apply the right amount of force efficiently and we can transfer that force as we go to throw while having minimal amount of “leakages” then theoretically we’ve accomplished our goal.
